After dipping and winding your toilet, flush, if it's still slow, it is very likely guilty than others. If this is your home, you can check yourself. This is the vent pipe. Often clogs up the nest of birds, leaves and other debris, causing the slow dismantling of flush toilets. See link below - show opening is in conjunction with the bathroom (which is on the roof, so if you are dizzy, you may want to leave this to the plumber, after all!). Anyway, if you can get it and whether a lock easily removable.

This is what I do .. I take a flask .. and the lack of water in the toilet .. I dip and dive and dive .. You'll be surprised what will happen .. When a couple of lines that is displayed, you may not need a plumber .. I hope not ..
