I would like to have aa set of traffic lights. The lights are designed to provide access from one side of the road to a main control so that the time the lights are red (R) is greater than the stay in the green (G). Temps are the following:

Y = 1:5 s
R = 1.20 s
R and Y = 1:5 s
G = 1.10 SETC
